Candidate for Baptism

This form is specifically for those who are ready to tell the world they’ve decided to follow Jesus through the redemptive waters of baptism. Candidates must be at least 7 years of age to be baptized. Any candidates under the age of 16, please provide the contact information of the parent/ guardian. (Not the child's cell phone / email should they have one.)
Once this information is submitted you will automatically be added to our list of baptism candidates. Your contact information is extremely important.

For your convenience, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions about baptism logistics, including scheduling, what to wear, and what to expect.

How often does baptism take place?

Baptisms take place every 1st Sunday during our 10:00am worship service.

What are the qualifications for baptism?

  1. To be baptized one must first confess with their mouth and believe in their heart that Jesus Christ died and rose for their sin. (Romans 10:9-10) 
  2. You must be at least 7 years old. 
  3. You must complete “New Members Orientation” and “Service With A Smile” This will be offered to you, once you have decided to be baptized. 

What time should I arrive and what should I bring?

All candidates must arrive promptly at 8am to complete “New Members Orientation” & “Service With A Smile”
You will be told what to bring from a member of our friendly office staff upon confirmation of decision.
