Our Story

Antioch is one of the oldest churches in our region. We were founded in January 1894 after a split from the Live Oak Church, which occurred over doctrinal differences.  Our original location is still standing and is recognized and preserved as a  Texas Historic Site downtown Beaumont at 527 Forsythe Street. Our second location was 3350 Washington Blvd, but it is now the home of the House of Prayer Baptist Church  Beaumont, Texas. Our present location, here at 3920 West Cardinal Drive, was erected in 2007 and was paid in full by the grace of our Lord in 2022 in the amount of $22 million dollars. 

Antioch Missionary Baptist Church is a Christ-centered, biblically based, spiritually led church that meets the needs of the total person by exalting the Savior, evangelizing the sinner, equipping the saved, edifying the saints, and encouraging every soul through administrative excellence by the power of the holy spirit in Christ Jesus our Lord.
